Define and Refine Your Overall Strategy

A successful Market Entry Strategy is not about gambling or luck, but preparation, rigorous self-assessment and careful execution. Take your product to market with the quickest path and the highest probability of success.

Choosing the quickest path with the highest probability of success is one crucial element of your Market Entry Strategy. Your Market Entry Strategy is not about gambling or luck, but preparation, rigorous self-assessment and careful execution. In this Workshop you will examine: What is your best market entry ‘angle’? How can you leverage your strengths ot gain market traction? How will you create value for your best prospect – and capture value for your stakeholders?

Your ideas might look good on paper–you know your ideal customer, the marketplace, and your competition, and you have a strong I³ Value Proposition–but how do you put those ideas into practice? How do go from theory to product sales? This is where the importance and necessity of a go-to-market strategy becomes evident. Most companies don’t have the capital or resources to make multiple market entry attempts. The strategy must be right from the beginning.

This Workshop will help you get to market. You will examine the factors governing your market entry, position yourself properly, and create a successful strategy based on the strengths of your company.

This is one of the five Pre-Program Workshops in the Value Prop Method.

Who Should Attend:

This Workshop is designed for anyone who desires to define or refine their go-to-market strategy. While this Workshop may be taken at any time, we strongly recommend that Members do so after completing the three Context Workshops and the Value Prop Workshop.
